Marriages and Murders

Okay, I promised a little tale of an unusual threesome. Meet Vicky, an attractive woman from Bulgaria who married a man, Greg, after she met him on-line and they dated for awhile. In comes the third party, Jasmine, a long time friend of Greg. Now lets jump forward a few months and we find that both Vicky and Jasmine are pregnant by Greg. Now before you get judgmental about it, Vicky knew about Jasmine and Greg and accepted it. Well, both ladies have now had their babies, and Vicky is recovering while still keeping up with her newsletter, Vickysjokes. You can get the whole story here in better detail. I personally see many problems in the future, but it is their decision to live this life.

Now the Murder part. Actually this is a short review of the movie “The Backlot Murders”. The movie stars Priscilla Barnes (from “Three’s Company”), Charles Fleischer (Roger Rabbit), Corey Haim, and Tom Hallick. Movie is about these really sucky rock musicians who are making their first breakout video when someone in an Elvis Presley mask (you read right) starts killing off the band, film crew, and extras. To say this movie is really bad does it a disservice. It is bad yes, but a tolerable bad. Most of the actors with the exception of Priscilla Barnes, as the bitchy manager, and Charles Fleischer, as the obvious gay director, really are not that good. Charles seems to get more gay as the movie progresses culminating in the best line of the movie involving a topless woman and a dog. Priscilla plays the bitch as if she is having fun with the role, really gets into her part at the end of the movie. This is a movie best suited to young males who want to see some boobies and women with large boobies running around in tight shirts and bras. If you like B movies, you might enjoy this romp once or twice, just don’t expect a lot from it. And the band is really sucky. They can’t even lip sync their own songs!
