Presidential Friday Five

Posted by: Yoggie   in Friday Five

Ask not what your country can do for you, as what you can do for the Friday Five.

1. It the election were tomorrow, who would you vote for?
Kerry, not because I necessarily like him, I just really don’t like Bush and the mess his administration has made.

2. What are the main things that lead you to vote for a certain person?
Ideals, record, stance on education, on the ecology, on welfare, and on world peace.

3. Where do you get your info on the candidates?
From various sources such as newspaper, campaign info, internet, public records, other people’s experiences with the candidate, etc. I don’t just use one source of information.

4. Who was president when you were born?
John F. Kennedy. He died almost seven months after I was born.

5. If you could choose anyone, dead or alive, to be president, who would it be?
If it were a President with past experience, I would opt for JFK. He was willing to listen and compromise, be tough when needed, and the nation was respected and liked during his administration.
