Inventiveness, leadership, and politeness.

2. Who would be eligible to apply for your scholarship (members of a certain major, ethnic group, sexuality, etc.)?
People of lower income not covered by traditional scholarships.

3. Would it be need-based or not? Why?
Yes, we have few scholarships these days for people of low incomes that do not also require high scores in subjects that may not be taught in the person’s originating school.

Lovecraft Education Scholarship

5. If you made applicants write an essay, what would the topic be?
How HP Lovecraft influenced and changed horror and weird fiction.
